Friday drops the 6:30pm class because most members are heading out by then. Saturday 8am Strength and 9am Partner/Community Conditioning for weekend training.

60 minutes, start to finish

Every Vickery class is exactly 60 minutes. That includes warm-up, skill or strength work, the conditioning piece, and a cool-down. We start on time and end on time. Members who run from class to a 7:30am standup, or from lunch back to a 1pm call, can plan on it.
