It was a long eight weeks, and we're proud of everyone for your work (but mainly for the reflections). Not many people are willing to commit such a long period of time to less ice cream, and we hope you guys saw that it's possible to stick to it and there are many daily practices that can help your wellness. Choose Your Adventure:

A. Kipping Pullup Technique
3 x 10 Scap PU Holds
3 x 5 3-position Kip
5 x BB Tuck/kipping drill
3 x 5-10 Banded Kips

OR

A. Back squat: 12-15 reps x 3 sets, rest 2-3min bt sets

+

B1. Goblet squat 5-6 reps x 3 sets
B2. Wide grip BB Row 10 reps x 3 sets

C1. Kneeling SA Press 15/arm x 2 sets
C2. BB Face Pulls or Banded Face Pulls 20 reps x 2 sets

400m Run @ 80% effort
(Rest 90s bt run)
