Due to logistics, we wanted to get info out to you guys as quickly as possible for options to complete the workout this week. Yeah, we've been pumped to host FNL this week but turns out they put the movements least doable for Vickery so we will be BACK AT FONDREN tomorrow afternoon! You will be able to complete the workout (with some patience due to equipment restrictions)....

IN CLASS TOMORROW: 5:30a, 6:30a, 12p, 4:30p

OPEN GYM: Sunday 11a-1p

Don't be afraid to hit Bri or Zach up if you're not sure when to go or if those times don't work. We will do our best to work with y'all. We all may have to be a little patient this week due to equipment restrictions but whatevs let's have some fun and die together.


OPEN 17.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 toes-to-bars
  8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 bar muscle-ups
  8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.
