NEW CLASS TIME DURING THE OPEN: Friday's @ 12pm

OPEN GYM: Sunday's 11a-1p

Starting February 24th, the Friday class schedule will be: 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, & 4:30pm

Stay tuned for details on the Friday evening workout! And if you miss the Open workout, don't stress we'll be holding Open Gym on Sundays from 11a-1p to give you another chance. Ask a coach if you have any questions.
