For ALAP:
60sec Work / 90sec Rest
30 Wallball

Scale: Weight > Goblet Squat > Air Squat

In 10min Accumulate 5min of L-sit on Boxes

+

Accumulate 5min of Unbroken Plank
- Start with 100 burpees, for every minute of the plank held subtract 20 burpees.
- Perform your number burpees right after you break plank.
- If you make it all 5 minutes you have 0 burpees.
