MyWOD App: Tracking Your Daily Workout Is Easy!

  1. Download MyWOD
  2. Register and update your profile
  3. Add the Vickery Athletics workout feed: Go to the "Common" tab at the bottom, then push the "+" to add a "New Feed." Type in Vickery Athletics and use the RSS code of to add the feed
  4. Get to tracking! Your daily training, your benchmark lifts and workouts and percentages are just some of the features.
