MyWOD App: Tracking Your Daily Workout Is Easy!

  1. Download MyWOD
  2. Register and update your profile
  3. Add the Vickery Athletics workout feed: Go to the "Common" tab at the bottom, then push the "+" to add a "New Feed." Type in Vickery Athletics and use the RSS code of http://www.cfdcvickery.com/workout-of-the-day?format=RSS to add the feed
  4. Get to tracking! Your daily training, your benchmark lifts and workouts and percentages are just some of the features.
