NEXT WEDNESDAY: COMMUNITY FORUM
We want to bridge the gap between education, practice and real-time feedback from you guys, so we are kicking off a new event called the Community Forum! The goal is provide a casual, open environment where we can relay some info/resources to help members take the next step in their training, lifestyle or nutritional goals. Every few months we will change up the Wednesday schedule by hitting a group workout then sticking around to hang with friends and learn from each other.
