IN-CLASS OPEN GYM TOMORROW

As we conclude this programming cycle, you will have the opportunity to make up any benchmark workout you may missed over the past few weeks. Come to any regular class time tomorrow (5:30a, 6:30a, 5:30p, and 6:30p), and take a recovery/mobility day or test the following: Front Squat, 50 Burpees, Vickery Total, or Kelly (**no making up your own workout). 

MEMORIAL DAY "MURPH"

Next Monday, all locations will meet at Fondren (5626 Fondren Dr) for Memorial Day "Murph." There will be two heats at 9am and 10:30am. The workout is in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
