WORKOUT OF THE DAY

6 Rounds For Time @ moderate effort:
12 Burpees*
100m Farmer's Carry
20 Walking lunge or 12 Pistols

*Burpee Scale:
1. Perfect Pushup Burpee
2. Feet Together Burpee
3. Regular Chest To Ground Burpee


Signs that you are overpacing:
- You have to stop and put your hands on your knees to catch your breath
- Your HR gets high enough that you can't breathe sustainably
- You are unable to maintain the same pace per round
