WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Rest 60-90s bt sets or until you catch your breath, same weight all sets:

A. Clean Pull 3,3,3,3 moderate to tough weight
B. Seated DB press: 10-12 reps x 4 sets
C. Box step-ups: 16-20 x 3 sets
D. Wide-grip BB Bent Over Row: 2/fail x 4 sets
