A. SL RDL: 12-16 reps alternating x 3 sets
B. Kneeling DB Press: 2/fail x 5 sets
C. Supine BB Row: 2/fail x 4 sets
D. DB Side raises: 12-15 reps x 4 sets


EXTRA CREDIT

Accumulate 3 minutes in an L-Hang from the bar or in support position. Scale to bent knees if needed.
