You know that feeling you get every time you see a Run in the workout? That sinking, oh not today, cue the dry heaving (unless you're Tulman, Chris D or Klitch that is...)? It's time to change that. There IS technique to running and you can get better simply by improving technique (not just running yourself into the ground!). Next Saturday, in place of our Community class we will be holding a Running Clinic held by the sprint leader himself, Coach Michael. More details will be released this week, but mark your calendars and see you guys there!
