WORKOUT OF THE DAY

AMRAP in 5min:
10 Goblet squat
10 KBS

(Rest 3 minutes and repeat)

10 Deadlift (115/85)
10 Pushups

(Rest 3 minutes and repeat)


BARBELL

A) 4x8 Jerk Grip OHS - No heavier than 65#, if you cannot get low. Just the bar.

B) 11 Sets building from 60%
Snatch w/ 2 second pause at hang position + OHS w/ a 3 second pause at bottom

C) 8 sets @ 70-75%
Clean + Hang Clean + 2 Jerks

D) 5x3 Front squat w/ 3 sec pause @ bottom
