Fill out our Fitness Assessment, so we can get a better idea of what your goals are and how we can help. If you have Group Fitness/CrossFit experience, still fill out a form!

STEP 2

Talk to Us and Come Try Us Out!

After filling out an assessment form a Coach will reach out to you and discuss your unique goals. They will set up a time for you to come into the gym to try a class.

STEP 3

Group Training as a Member

You’ve tried your first class, you’ve talked to a Coach, you’re ready to change your routine and get into our program as a member!
